Return Policy
- www.linenroomlatvia.com customer, who is a consumer, has the right, without giving reasons, to return the Product within 14 (fourteen) days if it has not been used or damaged and the packaging has not been damaged more than it was necessary to see the Product.
- The products must be returned by sending the product back by post to SIA Dzīpari S, Pils iela 21b, Alūksne or by sending it to a parcel machine after agreeing on it with us. The return costs are covered by the customer.

After receiving the returned Product and assessing its condition, the Seller shall refund the Customer money for the Product within 14 (fourteen) days after the Product has been returned. The shipping costs are not refunded.
- The Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The Customer may not exercise the right to return the Products purchased on the online store if the Product is made according to the Customer's instructions or the Product is clearly personalized (adapted to the Customer's personal needs).
- The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving reasons for it does not apply to legal persons (entrepreneurs).
Product Quality
- The photos of the Products are for illustrative purposes only; the original products may differ from the ones shown. The photos mentioned cannot be used as a basis for objections. A product is considered compliant if it corresponds to the model and description provided on the online store.
- If the delivered Product is of inappropriate quality, the Customer can contact us by writing to e-mail inga@dzipars.lv, and we will agree on a refund or replacement of the product.
- The Product manufacturer's warranty obligations are valid only if the Product's maintenance regulations have not been violated. Before using the Product, the Customer shall carefully read the Product's maintenance instructions.
- Disputes between the Customer and the Seller are resolved through mutual negotiations. If the Seller refuses to satisfy the Customer's complaint, or the Customer does not agree to the solutions offered by the Seller and determines that its rights or interests have been violated, the Customer may file a complaint with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission that deals with the resolution of consumer disputes (more information on dispute resolution available at http://www.ptac.gov.lv/lv).
